SUBSTANCE: combine harvester contains a drum-type cutter for spike hatcheling, a conveyor, a wiping drum, a storage hopper, a fan and a sieve. On the frame of the lower cutter drum, a sector of a circle with a cellular surface is fixed with the possibility of alternating motion. The arc length of the sector is a quarter of the circle perimeter. Above the sector of the circle there is an upper rotating drum with a cellular surface. The space between the surface of the upper drum and the surface of the circle sector is half the thickness of the spike. At the output of the combine's wiping drum there is a sieve for separating large particles from a heap of hatcheled mass.

EFFECT: cutter for hatcheling the spike of the combine harvester provides intensive separation of grain.
