SUBSTANCE: device contains a cap that connects to the valve. The assembly includes a first side coupled to the actuator and a second side rotatably coupled at the end of the hood to rotate the assembly relative to the hood. And the assembly unit contains a lock washer, the first washer and the second washer. The first washer is connected to the second washer, and the lock washer connects the first washer with the cap and is rotatable. The second washer is connected to the first washer with the help of fasteners. One of the fastening elements has an end that extends to the edge of the hood to fix the position of the first washer and the second washer with respect to the hood.
