SUBSTANCE: method for checking the absence of breaks in contact between brushes and rings in the collector current lead and the device for its implementation are related to the instrumentation and can be used to check the absence of breaks in contact between the collector rings and brushes in the collector current lead (CL) circuits. In the method for checking the absence of breaks in contact between brushes and rings in the collector current lead (CL), consisting in simultaneous transmission of the control high-frequency pulses through the electrical circuits of the rotating collector, recording control pulses and pulses transmitted through the CL circuits, determining the difference between these pulses, about the integrity of the circuits, for which pairs of even and odd CL circuits are formed with closed brushes, in the above pairs, one of the rings forms an input group, the other rings form an output group; the control pulses are applied to the input group and the reference counter, and from the output group the pulses transmitted through the CL are fed to the appropriate control counters, the CL is rotated, counts are counted in the counters when the CL is executed for at least one revolution, the count results in the microprocessor in which the difference between the number of control pulses and the number of pulses transmitted through the CL, if the differences do not exceed the allowable value, the corresponding pairs of CL circuits are recognized as operable if the differences exceed the allowable value, the other chain pairing is used, and the pairs of CL circuits are tested in the same way and, based on the test results, the faulty CL circuits in pairs are determined.
EFFECT: ability to test various current leads, including small ones, operating in microcurrent transfer modes, low time spent on monitoring, improving the reliability and reliability of inspection results by automating the testing process, improving processability, reducing the nomenclature of the equipment used, simplifying the testing scheme.
