METHOD OF CHANGING LENGTH OF WORKING PARTS OF RELATED FIBER BUNCH OF ART BRUSH AND ARTISTIC BRUSH FOR ITS IMPLEMENTATION Russian patent published in 2017 - IPC A46B9/00

Abstract RU 2626223 C2

FIELD: human vital needs satisfaction.

SUBSTANCE: essence of the proposed method of changing the length of the working part of the associated hair bundle of the art brush is to rigidly fix the associated hair bundle in the fastening element, to change the length of the working part of the associated hair bundle of the art brush, eliminate the rigid attachment of the associated hair bundle during the time of its characteristics change. The implementation of the proposed method can be carried out as follows. As an element that provides both a rigid fixation of the bundled hair bundle 3 and the elimination of its rigid attachment, a thermoplastic adhesive 6 is used. It rigidly fixes the bundled hair bundle of the art brush at a room temperature, when melting thermoplastic adhesive 6, rigid fixation of the bound hair bundle 3 is eliminated (the amount of glue is determined experimentally). For the melting of the adhesive, for example, a thermoset can be used (in fig. 1 is not shown) with the brush set in the position shown in fig. 1 (in order to exclude the loss of the end set from the cage). When the glue is in the liquid state, the user is provided with a change in the length of the working part of the associated hair bundle of the art brush. In this case, it is necessary to comply with safety techniques, since the work is done with hot objects. For example, work should be done in thermo-gloves. To exclude changes in the colour of hairs, deterioration in their quality, as well as the quality of the coating pen and holder, etc. the melting point of glue 5 should not be more than 70-80°C. The indicated temperature regimes are not mandatory, but to ensure the safety of work, it is necessary to adhere to them. In this case, the smaller the melting temperature of the thermoplastic glue, the safer it will be to work with it. After the required change in the length of the working part of the hair bundle 3, the glue 6 is cooled, the hair bundle 3 is rigidly fixed in the cage.

EFFECT: expansion of functionality due to the provision of multiple changes in the length of the working part of the associated hair bundle of the artistic brush during its operation.
