FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: device comprises n cassettes arranged in a circle on the basis of a polarization chamber with piezoceramic elements (PCE) fixed therein, a polarization voltage distribution unit between the PCE comprising a through high-voltage contact in the form of a vertical rod to which a sliding contact is attached, connected through the same current-limiting resistor to one of the terminals of a high-voltage source, and from above it has a switching contact made in the form of a flexible metal plate in order to connect each of the n cassettes sequentially to it when it rotates in a circumferential direction from the motor shaft through an insulating sleeve that is put on a vertical stem. One electrode of each PCE has a point contact with the polarization contact of each cassette. The other electrode of the PCE has contact with a conductive substrate connected to the common bus, which is configured to reduce the concentration of the electric field in the interelectrode gap of the PCE. Repeating the serial connection/disconnection of all PCEs to a high-voltage source during one polarization cycle through the same current-limiting resistor provides the same polarization conditions for the PCE polarisation.
EFFECT: reduction of the piezoceramic elements electrophysical parameters spread due to the creation of identical polarization conditions for all piezoceramic elements and a decrease in the heating temperature due to an increase in the electric breakdown strength of piezoceramic elements in the air environment.
