SUBSTANCE: averaging adder, the process speed increment counting subblock and the forecast code correction circuit on the dynamics are introduced to the predictive unit of the adaptive digital smoothing and predictive device containing three subtractors, two subblocks for calculating the quadratic and linear forecasts, the first derivative calculation subblock and a forecast dynamics control unit.
EFFECT: improving the accuracy of data processing.
