SUBSTANCE: method is implemented by a RLC-selective amplifier with low voltage which contains an input source coupled to the emitter of the first input transistor which emitter is connected to the first power supply bus through the first current-stabilizing two-terminal network, the base is connected to the base of the auxiliary transistor and connected to the bias supply, the collector through the collector load resistor is connected to the second power supply bus and connected to the auxiliary resistor collector a frequency-setting capacitor, an output of the device, a second current-stabilizing two-terminal network connected between the emitter of the auxiliary transistor and the first power supply bus, a frequency-setting capacitor which is connected between the output of the device and the united collectors of the first input and auxiliary transistors.
EFFECT: improving the quality of the amplitude-frequency characteristic of the device without increasing the supply voltage and the current consumption in the static mode.
