FIELD: machine engineering.
SUBSTANCE: assembly comprises a sleeve 1 made of elastomer with an axial through hole 2 for receiving a shaft therein. On the outer surfaces of the sleeve 1, two annular shrouds 3 and 4 are formed. At one end of the bushing 1, an annular recess 5 is provided in which a friction ring 6 is mounted. The assembly also comprises two shroud rings 7 and 8 made of metal and a compression spring 9 mounted between the shroud rings 7 and 8. The banding rings 7 and 8 are provided with gears 10 and 11, respectively. The base lines of these teeth are located on the facing ends of the shroud rings 7 and 8. Teeth 10 and 11 have the same height and are oriented parallel to the axis of the shroud rings 7 and 8 towards each other. The height of each tooth is less than the distance between the base lines of the gears 10 and 11 of the respective shroud rings 7 and 8. These gears provide a gear transmission of the rotational torque from the shroud ring 7 to the shroud ring 8 and from the shroud ring 8 to the shroud ring 7.
EFFECT: increasing the contact area of the shaft with the element directly providing a seal over the shaft, and increase the rigidity of the transfer of the torque from the shaft to the movable friction ring.
