SUBSTANCE: output oversized cargo (OC) is girdled with steps of toroid-shaped carriers repeating the outlines of OC. The rocket motors of the stages create thrust uniformly along the equator of the tori. The fairing of the OC and other shell elements (for example, the central body of the lower part of the rocket system of the carrier) is carried out by a gas-supported circuit using (heat) strong fabrics, films or foil. When the shells are supercharged with helium, an aerostatic force is created in the flight section in the atmosphere. When using capsules in the form of a "headlight" for the descent of NG, on the surface of the celestial body, multi-dome objects with a common internal space can be created by tightly connecting the capsules to the cutouts of their side walls.

EFFECT: expanding the functionality of carriers of oversized cargo and reducing the costs that are required for launching into space, operation, and return of oversized cargo.
