SUBSTANCE: in the method for converting meteorological events for the subsequent reception of bookmaking bets on the result obtained by means of interconnected bets of the bookmaking office with the server data exchange of the bookmaking office Processing center and, at least, one Server of the bookmaking office bet reception point, including reception of data on the events, bets, registration of event outcomes and bet results, additionally a Meteo module is used connected through the Event Conversion Unit to the server of the bookmaking office Processing Center with the possibility of data exchange and made with the possibility of connection with the measurement means of current meteorological parameters of the Meteo points, taking these parameters and their continuous transmission through the Event Conversion Unit to the server of the bookmaking office Processing in the required format for recording bets and bet results. At the server entrance of the bookmaking office Processing center, the generated outcomes of events about the temperature, humidity, date, time of measurements and the place, where the Meteo point is installed, are fed from each Meteo point through the Event Conversion Unit. For this purpose, five values of the remainder from the division into pre-generated constants of five sums of six two-digit numbers, each of which is formed by a pair of digits that are the first, the second, the third or the fourth decimal digits of meteorological parameters of one of the six meteo points assigned to one of the five groups of one of the betting groups transmitting the meteorological parameters at the time of taking the bet, and also the outcome of the event is formed in the form of a series of digits for each betting group of meteo points, relevant to the residue generated for one of the groups, and those events are transmitted to the server of the Processing center. In the software-hardware complex, containing a server of the bookmaking office Processing center with a database and, at least, one Server of the bookmaking office reception point interconnected with a with the possibility of the data exchange with the connected Terminals of the participants and the Imaging module, the Meteo module is introduced with the Event Conversion Unit connected to the server of the bookmaking office Processing center with the possibility of the data exchange, the Automated workplaces of the Cashier and the Administrator connected to the Server of the bookmaking office bet reception point, and, at least, one Meteo point connected to Meteo module. The Server of the bookmaking office Processing Center contains means for receiving the converted and generated outcomes of events from the current meteorological parameters to account for betting and betting results in the required formats. The Imaging module is configured to display the above-mentioned incoming and/or stored meteorological parameters after conversion on a single information board. The participant terminal is configured to visualize the result of the bet in the form of an animated splash screen, and the Event Conversion Unit and the Meteo Module have outputs for communicating with the Internet.

EFFECT: expanding the arsenal of technical means of bookmaking offices, when betting on difficult-to-forecast events in the form of meteorological parameters.
