FIELD: electricity.

SUBSTANCE: device containing a regulating field-effect transistor, a switching diode, a choke which output is connected to the input terminal, an input filter capacitor, an output filter capacitor, an output voltage divider connected between the output terminals, and its midpoint is connected to the measuring input of the control unit, the output of which is connected to the base of the first transistor, in parallel to which the first capacitor is connected, an emitter follower connected through a serial RC circuit with a gate of the regulating field-effect transistor, according to the invention the second transistor is inserted, the collector and emitter of which are connected in parallel to the collector and emitter of the first transistor, and the base - to the second output terminal of the control unit formed by the output terminal of the pulse stretcher which input is connected to the pulse generator output. The pulse stretcher is made on the basis of a logical AND circuit. The feedback amplifier is made according to the differential amplifier circuit. This allowed to achieve the invariance of the output voltage of the stabiliser and thereby improve the reliability of the system operation for stabilizing the output voltage when subjected to significant leaping fluctuations in the input voltage.

EFFECT: increased reliability of the DC voltage stabiliser.
