SUBSTANCE: device comprises a stream separator and bridges. At the end of the cone-shaped stream separator, a sluice compartment is mounted, in which a water intake chamber of the cylindrical shape with the fine-mesh surface and a diameter within the habitat depth of algae - within 50 cm - is installed. The water intake chamber is mounted with the possibility of changing the position in the vertical plane, wherein it is set above the water surface level. In front of the lock chamber, a bolt is fixed with the possibility of moving in the plane perpendicular to the water surface. Inside the chamber, in the form of a paddle drum, there is a mixer-reflector of the upper layers of the water surface with algae of the deep habitat.

EFFECT: improving the quality of cleaning the water surface from algae, debris and masut spots in the area of beach places and in places of water intakes.
