FIELD: machine engineering.
SUBSTANCE: part contains the internal cooling channel. The cooling channel additionally contains the first and the second internal surfaces of the corresponding the first and the second outer part walls; and the first and the second surfaces, passing between the mentioned internal surfaces. The channel cross-section has the hour glass profile in which the side surfaces approach to each other upto the neck, the width of which is smaller, than the width of each of the first and the second internal surfaces. The general direction of the coolant flow in the channel is perpendicular to the mentioned profile in the form of the hour glass. The part additionally contains the plurality of turbulence stimulators on each side surface, that press the cooler against the internal surfaces. The top in the central part of each turbulence stimulator forms the neck of the cooling channel.
EFFECT: invention increases the efficiency and productivity of the cooling channels.
