SUBSTANCE: aircraft contains a body, a wing, a tail unit, a landing gear, a power unit, an integrated control system. The complex control system contains a computational unit, actuators of flight control surfaces and rotary nozzles of the power plant, aircraft motion sensors, internal and external multiplex communication lines, a cable network, a signal conversion unit, an information-control system, an air-speed computer, air pressure receivers-transmitters (APRT), APRT in the inner compartment of the aircraft, temperature sensors of the stagnated flow, a landing gear control unit (LGCU), executive mechanisms of wheel turning and braking, sensors of the executive mechanisms of wheel turning and braking, sensors of landing gear shock absorber closure, landing gear rotation speed sensors, connected in a certain way. LGCU contains computers of control signals of the executive mechanisms of wheel turning and braking, power amplifiers.

EFFECT: reduced psychophysiological stress on a pilot, reduced radar visibility, improved mass-dimensional characteristics of the aircraft, improved controllability while driving along the runway.
