FIELD: transportation.
SUBSTANCE: supersonic ground transportation system with a vacuum cushion includes a vehicle with cars equipped with a linear motor rotor in the lower part, superelectromagnets and super-permanent magnets, a main pipe mounted on supports and equipped with a linear motor stator with superconducting winding cooled by liquid helium, and also with superelectromagnets and super-permanent magnets, oriented poles to create a magnetic cushion. The transportation system is equipped with an air intake provided with an asynchronous fan, a Laval nozzle equipped with a turbogenerator. The vehicle with cars is made in the form of sections of round perforated pipes, which are connected with each other by cylindrical flexible collars. A sealed car is located in each section, the cars are connected therebetween by means of articulation joints. The air duct is located in a space between the surface of the cars and the walls of sections of round perforated pipes. One end of the air duct communicates with a streamlined air intake that is located in the nose of the head section and the other end communicates with the Laval nozzle located in the aft portion of the end section.
EFFECT: simplified structure of the main pipe.
