SUBSTANCE: mechanism contains a housing inside which two electromagnetic coils are located with cores and armatures having axial holes for placing the welding wire and two clamps for the welding wire, one of which is located between the armatures with the possibility of reciprocating motion. In this case, the mechanism is provided with a bar, one end of which is connected to a clamp located between the armatures, and on the other end the roller is arranged to interact with a second clamp mounted on a hinge spring-loaded relative to the housing with the possibility of movement relative to the axis of the welding wire.
