SUBSTANCE: air vehicle with vertical take-off and landing includes a body with upper and lower aerodynamic surfaces, an electro-reactive engine with a device for generation and acceleration of negatively charged ions, devices for take-off/landing, power supplies, communication and control. In the upper part of body, a cowling is installed on the pylons, forming an adjustable annular slotted nozzle with the upper aerodynamic surface of the body, in front of which a fan with a flat block of grid electrodes at the inlet and a grid of profiles at the fan outlet is installed on the inside of the body.

EFFECT: increasing the ascensional power of air vehicle, improving the weight and dimensions characteristics.
