FIELD: engines and pumps.

SUBSTANCE: impeller wheel of the first stage of the TRE HPC rotor shaft contains a disc and blades that form a blade ring. The disc includes a hub with a central hole, a body and a rim. The each blade contains a shank, a blade root with a profile, formed by a concave trough and a convex back, and a root shelf on both sides of the blade root, forming, together with the rim of the disc, a bushing surface of the flowing part. In this case, the chord of side edges of the body in the root zone of the blade creates with the rotor axis in projection a blade root installation angle α_k, increasing along radial height of the root twist gradient, G_r.t.=(151.6÷217.6) [degrees/m]. The blade root is featured with variable axial twist relative to the rotor axis, increasing with a radial distance from the axis of the rotor. The outer surface of the disc rim is made with a radius, increasing in the axial section of the HPC in the working fluid flow direction. R_d disc radius from the HPC rotor axis to the upper surface of the rim in the mean radial plane of the body is (0.54÷0.78) from the R_p.c. radius of peripheral contour of the flowing part. The impeller wheel is made with a ratio of radius R_d disc to an average height H_av of profile of blade root, constituting R_d/H_av=(1.7÷2.5).

EFFECT: increase of efficiency and increase of gas dynamic stability resource in all operating modes of the compressor when the service life of the impeller wheel of the rotor high pressure compressor expands without increasing the material capacity.
