SUBSTANCE: invention relates to formulations of technical detergents which can be used to clean reservoirs, mechanisms, soil, bottomhole zone of oil and gas wells, pipelines and other items from organic contaminants such as oils, fats, technical lubricants, oil, asphalt paraffin deposits (APD), remnants of drilling fluids, water-oil invert emulsions and other contaminants. A composition comprising a detergent-demulsifying additive, neonol AF 9-12 as a nonionic surfactant, caustic soda and water, which further comprises an aqueous solution of triethanolamine salts of sulfate esters of synthetic primary higher fatty alcohols of C8-C12 fraction as ampholytic surfactant, triethanolamine and as alcohol solvent C1-C3 alcohols or mixtures thereof, as the detergent-demulsifying additive the reaction product of oxyethylated surfactants with one or more dibasic acids C1-C16 or their anhydrides, and as the nonionic surfactant additionally comprises Sintanol ALM-8 with the following component ratio, wt %: the reaction product of oxyethylated surfactants with mono- or dibasic acids C1-C16 or their anhydrides 0.5-3.0; Neonol AF 9-12 or Sintanol ALM 8 8.0-20; an aqueous solution of triethanolamine salts of sulfate esters of synthetic primary higher fatty alcohols of C8-C12 fraction 3.0-10.0; triethanolamine 2.0-5.0; caustic soda 1.0-1.5; alcohols C1-C3 or mixtures thereof 20.0-55.0; deionized water up to 100.

EFFECT: increased washing properties of aqueous solutions under conditions of high acidity and mineralization.
