SUBSTANCE: in accordance with the invention, the charging device comprises: a charge circuit, a power storage circuit and a controllable switch, wherein the charge circuit is configured to charge an object under charging, the power storage circuit is configured to accumulate power when the charge circuit charges the charged object, and charging of the charged object when the charge circuit is turned off, and the controlled switch is configured to turn on and off the charge circuit alternately according to the control commands received periodically and off the power storage circuit, when the charge circuit is turned on and to turn on the power storage circuit when the charge circuit is turned off. In addition, the method for charging said charging device is described.
EFFECT: increase in charging efficiency.
