SUBSTANCE: device of the filler neck for a fluid medium tank comprises a filler neck nozzle, a first stopper for preventing the tank overfill, and a second stopper for preventing the fluid medium leakage from the tank in an undesirable manner, a first float mechanically connected with the first plug in such a way that transferring the first float in the predetermined position switches the first stopper to the closed position, and a restraint system for keeping the second plug, which closes the second plug when the fluid medium leaks from the tank, and opens the second plug when the fluid medium enters the tank. In the operating position of the device and under the action of a heavy element, the restraint system continuously acts on the second plug in an attempt to keep the second plug permanently in the closed position.

EFFECT: protection against the tank overfill.
