SUBSTANCE: device includes a vertical cylindrical casing, the outer surface of which is covered with a layer of heat-insulating material, a loading hopper, an unloading window, a transporting body, a heating element coaxially mounted inside the casing, with rotation. The conveying working member is made in the form of a flat spring. The height of the flat spring is equal to the maximum size of grain to be dried. The loading hopper is installed above the flat spring at its outer edge. The width of outlet window of the loading hopper is equal to the distance between adjacent coils of flat spring. On the flat spring, a rigidly connected to it and equipped with a drive plate of circular form is placed, in which holes are made. The radius of the plate of circular form does not exceed the distance from the center of the flat spring to the hopper. The heating element is located under the transporting body and is made in the form of a perforated flat ring. The outer diameter of perforated flat ring is equal to the inner diameter of casing. The inner diameter of flat ring is equal to the diameter of inner flat spring coil. In the flat ring perforations, bushings made of the heat-insulating material are mounted. The unloading window is made circular-shaped and is installed coaxially to the casing under the heating element. The unloading window diameter is equal to the inner diameter of flat ring. The cooling device air duct is connected to the perforation of heating element.

EFFECT: use of the invention will allow to improve the quality of grain drying and to reduce energy costs.
