FIELD: weapon and ammunition.

SUBSTANCE: weapon unit contains the cradle (2), designed for placing the weapon (3). The weapon unit includes the cartridge cases discharge tray (12), containing the first end and the second end. The first end is located near the window (9) of the weapon for the cartridge cases discharge. The second end is located near the receiver-accumulator (13) for the storage of spent cartridge cases. The tray is partially defined by the lower plate (10), fixed relative to the machine (5), and the upper plate (11), fastened at the hinge (15), fixed relative to the machine (5) with the axis parallel to the pivot pins (4). The upper plate (11) is additionally directionally moved along the first slot (17), which is made nonplanar and placed on the flange (20), attached to the cradle. The first slot (17) profile is defined to accommodate the upper plate (11), which is substantially parallel to the lower plate (10, at least 50% of the cradle (2) angular displacement on its pivot pins (4).

EFFECT: cartridge cases withdrawal along the fixed direction into the accumulator is achieved.
