FIELD: machine engineering.
SUBSTANCE: an axial compressor consists of N stages, each of which comprises of a casing, a guiding apparatus, an impeller mounted on a shaft and consisting of a disk and a blade ring. The disks of adjacent stages are paired and form an annular cavity. According to the invention, the annular cavities of M stages, starting from the last stage, where M<N, are connected to the flow part of the last stage via channels, and the M stage disc has channels having outlets situated before the blade backs, around all the rim of the disk, in the form of bores at an angle of ϕ 1-5° relative to a plane extending vertically to the compressor axis.
EFFECT: invention allows increasing efficiency, compression ratio, compressor stall margin.
