FIELD: metallurgy.

SUBSTANCE: sheet blank is produced from steel containing wt %: C from 0.15 to 0.5, Si from 0.2 to 3, Mn from 0.5 to 3, P 0.05 or less, S 0.05 or less, Al from 0.01 to 1, B from 0.0002 to 0.01, N from 0.001 to 0.01 Ti in amount equal to or greater than 3.4 [N]+0.01 and equal to or less than 3.4 [N]+0.1, where [N] is the content (wt %) N in steel, iron and unavoidable impurities is the rest, wherein average diameter of equivalent circle of Ti-containing precipitated inclusions having diameter of equivalent circumference of 30 nm or less, is 6 nm or less, and the amount of Ti in inclusions and the total amount of Ti in the steel to satisfy the prescribed ratio, the blank is heated to temperature from 900 to 1100°C, stamped in press-mould, wherein in the process of moulding it is cooled with average cooling rate of 20°C/s or more to temperature equal to or lower by 100°C of temperature Bs of the beginning of bainite transformation and equal to or greater than the temperature Ms of the beginning of the martensite transformation, and after completion of moulding the resulting product is cooled with average cooling rate below 20°C/s to temperature 200°C or less.

EFFECT: increase in strength and ductility.
