FIELD: machine engineering.
SUBSTANCE: mixer-turbulator comprises a body, in which there is a through cavity filled with inserts. A fairing is in the middle part of the body between the inserts. The inserts are made in form of coaxial rings, at that there are grooves are made on the outer and inner surfaces of the inserts. A row of standing near inserts form a smoothly narrowing inlet and a smoothly widening outlet.
EFFECT: increased values of turbulent diffusion coefficients in channels for providing mixing and crushing of drops during one-three pipeline passes behind the mixer.
