SUBSTANCE: method of increasing the active and passive safety of special civil vehicles is that the vehicle body is made without windows, while the vehicle is controlled by the visual and sound field displayed by means of the system. The system consists of one information monitor and/or one projection screen, located inside the vehicle, conjugated with at least one video camera and/or locator reflecting the external optical field, and at least one acoustic radiator located inside the vehicle, transmitting the external sound field from at least one external microphone conjugated with it, and is controlled by a remote control.
EFFECT: increasing the level of active safety due to reducing the number of blind areas of the vehicle.
