FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: method for simultaneously-separate production of well fluid and pumping fluid into the well includes dosed pumping of fluid into the formation and lifting the fluid by a jet pump in the composition of the two-phase mixture and its separation into phases. The ejector systems contain a near-well shut-and-release fittings, strings of coaxial elevator and tubing pipes with an intertube cavity and packers forming a subpacker cavity and an intercapack annular cavity, a jet pump, a crossflow coupling with a collector for pumping liquid, simultaneously, into a jet pump and a lower formation of the well. In the first version, the ejector unit includes a shank with a throttle sleeve that is attached to the manifold for dosed liquid pumping into the lower formation. The crossflow coupling communicates with the intertube cavity with bypass channels, and the radial channel is communicated with the inter-packer cavity. The jet pump is installed in the central channel of the coupling and is communicated by a radial channel with a chamber for supplying the well fluid of the jet pump. The diffuser of the jet pump is in communication with the tubing string for lifting the two-phase mixture to the surface. In the upper part of the throttle sleeve there is a locking device for setting and extracting thereof with the help of a catcher. In the second version, a pipeline coupling with throttle holes in the wall at the level of the upper formation for pumping fluid is built into the tubing string, simultaneously, into the jet pump nozzle and the upper formation. In third version, the strings of coaxial lifting and tubing pipes are connected by a second coupling with radial channels at the upper formation level, in which central channel there is a bushing with throttle holes, at the same time, into the jet pump nozzle and the upper formation. In the fourth version, in the radial channel of the coupling connecting the strings of coaxial pipes at the level of the upper formation, an electrically driven throttle valve for adjusting the flow of injected fluid is installed and connected by a communication cable passed through the cable inlet of the upper packer to the control station.
EFFECT: increased reliability of operation and simplified design of the plant.
