FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: in known connection joint of fiberglass profiles in lattice structures, including a gird and bars of the lattice, overlapped together by a fiberglass sheet gusset plate on bolts, the sheet fiberglass gusset plate manufactured by the pultrusion method is made of several layers with different orientations of the pultrusion direction. To increase the load-bearing capacity for crushing, the pultrusion direction of the outer layers of the sheet gusset plate is oriented along the gird axis, and that of the middle layers made of two parts connected by a height with a serrated profile - along the axis of each adjacent lattice bar. In a number of cases, it is advisable to orient the pultrusion direction of the outer layers of the sheet gusset plates along the axis of a lattice bar with the greatest stress, and that of the middle layers - along the axis of a lattice bar with the least stress. In the above cases, the outer and the middle layers of the sheet gusset plate are made of various thicknesses, and the girds and the bars of the lattice are made of paired profiles, for example, channels.
EFFECT: reducing the material consumption for sheet fiberglass gusset plates manufactured by the pultrusion method.
