FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: when processing black liquors in the production of cellulose, which includes the oxidation of black liquor with sulfuric acid, the coagulation of organic compounds, the evolution of gases and organic compounds from the suspension, washing and drying of the solid product of organic compounds, the oxidation is conducted from the total black liquor stream before evapouration at the initial concentration of black liquor of 8-20% of absolutely dry substances with sulfuric acid of 80-90% at its consumption of 1.14-5.70 m3/h, with vigorous stirring.
EFFECT: increasing the yield of organic compounds from the total black liquor stream before evapouration with its sulfuric acid treatment and simultaneous increase in productivity and environmental safety of the processing of black liquor by eliminating the RB.
