FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: method is proposed comprising preparing and pumping aqueous suspensions of microfibrous reagent and a gel-forming composition. The microfibrous reagent is preliminarily prepared by mixing wood flour, clay powder and stabilizing additive, before mixing wood flour and clay powder they are subjected to mechanical activation by grinding to dispersity not exceeding 50-70 microns. The gel-forming composition is prepared by mixing the microfibrous reagent, a polyacrylamide, a crosslinker, preferably potassium or sodium bichromate, and a reducing agent, preferably sodium thiosulfate, at the following ratio of components, wt %: polyacrylamide - 20-40, cross-linking agent - 2.0-4.0, reducer - 4.0-8.0, microfibrous reagent is the rest. Method includes pumping of fringe of 0.5-6.0% aqueous suspension of microfibrous reagent in volume of 60-80% of total volume of pumping and fringes of 2.0-4.0% aqueous suspension of gel-forming composition in series, then process holdout is carried out.

EFFECT: blocking highly watered oil wells due to increased insulating properties of created screens which are not necessary to be fixed by additional plugging materials.
