SUBSTANCE: forklift truck contains a bogie (1), the transverse displacement mechanism (26), the lifting mechanism (10). The transverse displacement mechanism has a fixed frame (25) with calenders (43) fixed to it, an inner movable frame (44) and a hydraulic cylinder (45). The lifting mechanism (10) is made in the form of two double-crank-type parallelograms formed by two outer (11) and inner frames (14). One U-shaped ends of the frames are connected to the bogie frame (2) by the joints (21), and the other U-shaped ends of the frames are connected to the frame (25) of the transverse displacement mechanism (26) by joints (33). Each of the frames of the lifting mechanism (10) is connected to the two hydraulic cylinders of the lifting of the outer and inner frames, respectively.
