SUBSTANCE: in the method, additional cooling of the supports is carried out by air supplied through channels open towards the incoming flow of air in a channel communicating with internal channels which are arranged in housings of the supports through which air enters the zone of the bearing outer race, the breathing of the bearings and the oil supply are provided by the internal pipelines.
EFFECT: increase in the cooling efficiency of the supports.
