SUBSTANCE: for this purpose, HTML-page request is received from the terminal device by an application server, Quality of Service (QoS) control indication is inserted into the HTML-page, and the HTML-page including QoS control indication is returned to the terminal device so that the terminal device is configured to request QoS control from the QoS control functional unit of the operator according to the indication of the QoS control on the HTML-page in which the QoS control comprises QoS status request and/or QoS improvement. In this case, an application server certificate is inserted into the HTML-page using the application server and the application server certificate is sent to the QoS control functional unit of the operator; and it is determined that the QoS control is initiated by the application and the application charging by the QoS control functional unit using the application server certificate.

EFFECT: simplification of the service providing system with additional charging of the wireless communication channels allocated to improve the quality of service.
