FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: method for obtaining complex mineral fertilisers from phosphate ore includes the following stages: a) providing sulfuric acid and potassium chloride, b) obtaining hydrochloric acid from potassium chloride and sulfuric acid, with the addition of potassium sulfate as an additional product; c) decomposition of phosphate ore with hydrochloric acid to obtain solid phosphates; d) processing the solid phosphates from stage c) and potassium sulfate from stage b), if necessary, together with other sources of mineral components, into mineral fertilisers. The plant for implementing the method for obtaining complex mineral fertilisers from phosphate ore comprises at least the following structural units: A) a unit for obtaining hydrochloric acid and potassium sulfate from potassium chloride and sulfuric acid; B) a unit for obtaining solid phosphates as a result of the decomposition of phosphate ore with hydrochloric acid; C) a unit for obtaining complex mineral fertilisers.
EFFECT: inventions allow to obtain the necessary ingredients of fertiliser components from available raw materials and to optimize energy costs.
