The heterostructured filamentary nanocrystals thus obtained are made on the basis of a combination of materials with different forbidden bands, as well as structures with a combined dimension such as quantum dots inside the filamentary nanocrystals, which will ensure that these documents can be encoded by using them, as well as the simplicity of verification.
EFFECT: increasing the security of these documents and articles and simplifying the procedure for the authenticity verification.
