FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: in a method involving the use of a computer network generated from a central computer communicated via communication channels with the specialized personal computers, the creation of electronic maps with database blocks for each subject, one of which is common to the blocks "Personal subject card" with the main information block about the subject and "Connection with the specialized subject card", and are designed to store the general database of subjects in the central computer in the card file, other specialized electronic cards are divided into modules: "File cards of specialized subject cards", the specialized subject card of which includes a block "Subject", with fields of only basic information about the subject, a block "Subject database monitoring ", which creates fields for monitoring the subject database with structuring all records by fields, a module "Supervision or control over educational teacher's activity", which includes a block for tracking the subject after each specific period of his activity and a block for forming the activity state database of each subject, wherein all data in this module are automatically systematized, which are intended for storage in a specialized personal computer, and a module "Monitoring results of the subject activity database", according to the invention, the teacher's database is used as a subject, into the personal card in the central computer of which the database blocks are further added: "Number and name of disciplines", "Volume of classes in the disciplines", "Monitoring the teacher's database in the form of a summary table "Training load", and as a block for tracking each teacher after a certain time period of his work and a block for forming the work state database for each teacher, the blocks are used: "Discipline", "Electronic attendance logs of the trainees", "Interim assessment of trainees", and "Electronic credits and examination sheets", which are transmitted through the communication channels to the specialized personal computer and distributed to the modules, blocks: "Number and name of the disciplines", "Volume of classes in the disciplines" and "Monitoring the teacher's database in the form of a summary table "Training load" for each teacher are placed into the module "File cards of the specialized subject cards of teachers", and the blocks "Discipline", "Electronic attendance logs of the trainees", "Interim assessment of trainees" and "Electronic credits and examination sheets" in the relevant discipline and a teacher - into the module "Supervision or control over teacher's academic work", wherein the module "Monitoring results of the teacher's work database" is placed on the central computer and create the following blocks therein: "Processing of testing results, obtaining of the initial data for a computer program," "Computer program" and "Result ranking of the teacher's academic work", then while progress through the learning process, the teacher introduces information into the blocks: "Interim assessment of trainees" and "Electronic credits and examination sheets" located in the specialized personal computer, which are transmitted through the communication channels to the central computer into the module "Monitoring results of the teacher's work database", to the block "Processing of testing results, obtaining of the initial data for a computer program" and to monitor the received data the block "Computer program" is used for processing input data from the teacher database blocks to determine: the individual quality factors of the educational teacher's work, the quality factors of learning achievements.
EFFECT: expanding the functional capabilities of the organization and monitoring the subject database in order to improve the objectivity and accuracy of assessing the quality of activities, in particular, academic work in the university or in the campus, where several buildings form an educational complex and are interconnected through local communication.
