SUBSTANCE: valve (100) for connecting the external tank to the aircraft contains the valve body (112) and the sealing unit, that is resiliently engaged, when used, with the sealing surface of the aircraft. The sealing unit contains the telescopic sealing element (114), extending from the near end inside the valve body (112) to the rear end. The telescopic sealing element (114) is retained inside the valve body (112), so as to maintain the axial alignment of the telescopic sealing element and the valve body. The sealing unit additionally contains the sealing holder (150), provided at the rear end of the telescopic sealing element (114). The sealing holder (150) is made with ability to rotate relative to the telescopic sealing element (114) for alignment, when used, with the sealing surface of the aircraft.

EFFECT: invention improves the leakage resistance, when maneuvering the aircraft.
