SUBSTANCE: rubber-cord element consists of a power frame, an internal sealing rubber layer, an outer rubber layer, and also comprises a bead ring and an elastic bead ring around which the edges of the power frame are wrapped, and a connecting flange at each end. By crimping the power frame with two half flanges with a profile protrusion opposite the conical surface of the main bead ring recess and inner surface diameters less than the corresponding diameters of the outer rubber layer and the power frame in a free state, the reliability and life of the rubber-cord element increases with simplification of its assembly.
