SUBSTANCE: invention refers to the area of protection against the formation of scale and corrosion of metals of the heat power equipment and can be used to protect equipment and pipelines of steam-water tracts of thermal power plants (TPP), thermal networks and similar heat power installations. The method includes dosing stearylamine of aliphatic film-forming amine R-NH₂, where R=C₁₆H₃₃-C₁₈H_37, in the steam-water tracts of heat power installation, wherein dosing of stearylamine in the form of aqueous micelle-molecular solution obtained by recirculation in a vortex pump of the above-mentioned stearylamine with deaerated demineralized water at a temperature of 60-63°C for 1 hour, regardless of the operation mode of the heat power installation periodically 1-4 times a year, both at work and stationary equipment.

EFFECT: increasing the effectiveness of protection against the formation of scale and corrosion of equipment.
