FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a core (1) of a resin-impregnated paper condenser configured to be positioned around an electrical conductor (6). Condenser core contains a coiling tube (3), forming a longitudinal through-hole through the core of capacitor, made with possibility to input through it an electrical conductor, an electrically insulating housing (2) of resin-impregnated paper, wound on winding tube and around it, and at least one sheet of electrically conductive foil (4), coaxially surrounding the winding tube and surrounded by a housing made of resin-impregnated paper, insulating each of the at least one foil sheet of any other of the at least one sheet of foil. Winding tube is made of an electrically insulating material, which was selected from a group consisting of materials with the volumetric thermal expansion coefficient in a range from 50% to 200% of the volumetric thermal expansion coefficient of the housing of resin-impregnated paper.
EFFECT: invention provides the creation of cheap and simple core of the condenser, taking into account the different thermal expansion of the housing and the winding tube.
