FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: fuel supply system based on composite fuel comprises fuel tanks 1-3, coarse filters 4-6 and fine filters 10-12 of fuel initial components, electric pumping pumps 7-9, high-pressure fuel pump (HPFP) 28 provided with a pressure sensor 25, a rack position sensor 26, a rotation rate sensor 27, an injector 29, a fuel drain line from injectors 30, an electronic control unit 31. The system contains dual-cavity hydraulic accumulators 16-18 with pressure sensors 19-21 for each of fuels. The electric pumping pumps 7-9 maintain present pressure in hydraulic accumulators 16-18 by means of the electronic control unit 31 by signals from pressure sensors 19-21, the dosing of the components is carried out by means of the electronic control unit and electromagnetic control valves 22-24 installed immediately before the U-shaped HPFP channel, the components are mixed in the U-shaped HPFP channel by dynamic phenomena accompanying the operation of the fuel injection pump.
EFFECT: increased accuracy of fuel components dosing and efficiency of composite fuel composition control when the load and speed modes of diesel operation are changed.
