The body is in the pusher of the energy accumulator and rests against the flange in the end of the pusher. The valve body accommodates a spring-loaded movable shut-off element, a bypass valve equipped with a cylindrical rod with a spring fitted thereon, with a flange on one end. The rod end with the flange on the end is fixed in the central hole of the valve body bottom, the flange is in the form of a collar and rests against the bottom wall by the end. A locking element is mounted on the other end of the rod for moving along it.
