FIELD: machine engineering.

SUBSTANCE: mixer consists of a bowl-shaped hopper mounted on a frame, loading and unloading branch pipes, a damper, a combined auger, a motor and a reducer. Walls of hopper having bowl-shaped shape, are made at least by 60 degrees rounded in the upper part from the horizontal congruent to the radius of belt spiral of the outer auger.

EFFECT: shape of the bowl-shaped hopper enables elimination of dead zones in its upper part, and reversible cyclic rotation of the auger allows the volume of material to be destroyed in the mixture, which consists of a single component of the mixture, and ensures active movement of the material inside the hopper and its intensive mixing, as a result of which the homogeneity coefficient of the end product is increased.
