SUBSTANCE: body contains a shoe, a share, a blade and a field board. The field board is made in the form of two flat needle discs with straight needles mounted pivotally on a shaft rigidly secured on the shoe rear side in blade and blade and share slots to provide their rotation in opposite direction relative to the bed cutting motion along the soil plow layer and treatment of subsurface soil layer to the depth of 5…6 cm. The flat discs with straight needles are set parallel to the field cut, and thereby the first one is at the distance of 10 cm from the field cut and the second one is at the distance of 15 cm from the first one.

EFFECT: loosening of plow and subsurface layers of heavy overmoistened and subcompacted soils when conducting basic cultivation of soil and balancing plough in horizontal plane.
