SUBSTANCE: bioreactor housing 4 comprising a hot shirt 7, an agitator 5, a system for controlling the fermentation process progress parameters, is heat-insulated from the outside by a solid, except for operational openings, heat-insulating shell 8 of a composite material, for which blocks cut from a construction heat-insulation material are docked without a clearance. The blocks are covered from the outside with a plastic heat-insulating mass with the possibility of subsequent solidification, and then dried until a solid outer surface is obtained.

EFFECT: method will allow to increase the manure processing productivity in various environmental conditions due to ensuring a stable temperature mode.
