FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: installation element for an outer wall for installing a facing construction material on a building shell has an aperture element with a projection, fixed in the building shell by means of the projection extending from the outer surface of the aperture element with the projection. The installation element comprises: a supporting plate comprising a horizontally extending part to adjust the position, made with the possibility of directly contacting the outer surface of the aperture element with the projection, a vertical body of the plate, connected through its first vertical end with the horizontally extending part to adjust the position, and a point for mounting the supporting plate, located on the vertical body of the plate at a distance vertically from the horizontally extending part to adjust the position, which is larger than the width of the projection from the outer surface of the aperture element with the projection, so that the fastening device for the supporting plate, located at the point for mounting the supporting plate, does not contact the projection of the aperture element with the projection, and a fastening element facing outside, comprising a fastening part to engage with the facing construction material and made with the possibility to be fastened to the vertical body of the supporting plate. The aperture element with the projection is a frame element of the aperture with a projection, or a door element with a projection, and is also achieved by the fact that an outer wall structure with such a mounting element is created.
EFFECT: creating an installation element to the outer wall and creating the design of the outer wall itself with this installation element, which provide the possibility to install a facing construction material on a building shell while maintaining water resistance of the building and preventing the deterioration of the aesthetic appearance of the building around the aperture element.
