FIELD: machine engineering.
SUBSTANCE: combined cyclone contains vertical cylindrical-conical body, a dispersing device for irrigation liquid, a sludge tank with sludge discharge branch pipe, the discharge pipe is functionally divided into two sections, the lower section of the pipe in its upper part is made in form of truncated cone, which base is located at angle to horizontal line and its apex is provided with a device for adjusting air flow, the lower part of the pipe upper section adjoins the base of the truncated cone to form a circular trough located at an angle relative to the horizontal line and provided with the branch pipe for discharging sludge from inclination side, the dispersing device for supplying irrigation liquid is in the upper part of this section and has a form of a circular pipe with holes and with liquid supply branch pipe connected thereto, the holes are directed to the pipe walls and are positied an angle to the horizontal line and radius, wherein the deviations from the pipe radius are given in the same direction with the twisted air flow movement.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of gas purification from dust, reducted device hydraulic resistance, reduced specific energy costs for gas purification, simplified design of the device, reduced its costs, possibility of use while modernising existing cyclones and maintaining their basic structural elements and arrangement.
