SUBSTANCE: method is carried out by means of a telemetry and video information transmission device with time-frequency radio channel multiplex and analog-to-digital method for frequency (phase) modulation of the carrier frequency, containing a clock frequency generator, the first switch, the first adder, a phase-locked loop unit, power amplifier, video camera, highlighter shaper, the second switch and video information sampler, which has a multiplexer and the first and second line multiplex units, each consisting of a key, the first delay line, pairwise comparison circuits, arithmetic mean values of the shaper, a register, analog-to-digital converter, the second adder and the second delay line.

EFFECT: increase in the number of transmitted video information in the frequency band of the used radio channel.
