SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a dispenser for a washing machine with a carrier receiving, if necessary, one or more tanks in a given position (positions). Each of the tanks contains at least one substance and there is at least one outlet, and with a hydraulic adapter for connecting the outputs of the tanks to the device for withdrawal of the relevant substance as needed. It is envisaged that the hydraulic adapter has plenty of connection places to the outputs compatible with accession to the outputs of the received tanks that the number of the connection places to the outputs is equal to the number of outputs of the received tanks or exceeds it, that the connection places to the outputs form at least two groups. The location of positions of the connection places to the outputs of the first group corresponds to the location of positions of the connection places to the outputs of the second group, and that the execution of the tanks and the location of their outputs is that if there are several inserted tanks the relevant outputs of each of the tanks are combined with the connection places to the outputs, in different groups.
EFFECT: providing a dispenser that allows for automatic dosing and, at the same time, a flexible and particularly user-friendly adaptation to various types of objects to be cleaned or to the running wash programmes.
